Universal Church Uniform
You will need a password in order to purchase your uniform. The person responsible for your church can help you with that.
- The current delivery time is 30 days for dresses, up to 90 days forvests, pants, white shirts and coats.
- Accessories and men’s ties are ready to be delivered.
- If your order contains a dress, the entire order will be sent together within the 30 day delivery time.
- Please register into the website and add our email to the "Safe Senders" list. This way, you can receive future communication from us!
- Our website will send a confirmation email 100% of the times, so if you placed an order and didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam box, and make sure you add us to your safe senders’ list.
- Sign-up to see all orders wiht a click of a button, track past orders and shop some more when you register at our website, and not only pay as a guest.
We work mainly online, so we encourage you to email us your question along with your order number. You will be contacted back within 24 hours. If by any chance you are not replied, please resend your message the next day.
- We are NOT taking calls at this moment.
- Please, DO NOT send any pictures of your order, if your inquiry is about an order, send the order number.
- For example, if you need us to make a change on your order, please email us this message: #1234 - change dress size 12 to dress size 14 please. Thanks.
- If you need to change your address, simply log into your account and update the information as soon as possible!
- If you received a defect item, please let us know and we will take care of the exchange right away!
- Remember: if you cut your uniform, or damage it anyhow, we will not be able to exchange it.
- Don't forget to check your email once completing your order. Make sure to check spam as well.
